Private Session

55 minutes • One-on-one

  • Ideal for:

    • patients transitioning from rehab to fitness training

    • clients who want to work with a physical therapist in a fitness-based setting

    • clients who need individualized modifications for specific pathologies such as osteoporosis, joint replacements, multiple sclerosis

    • high level athletes who want to maximize their performance and decrease risk of injury

  • A typical session will include Pilates-based exercises on the mat, reformer, tower and chair apparatus based on your specific needs and goals.

Duo Session

55 minutes • Two or three person semi-private

  • Ideal for:

    • clients who need individualized attention but want a workout partner (or two!)

    • clients not ready to join group classes still needing individualized modifications and instruction

  • A one-on-one private session is required to assess ability level

  • If you don’t have a workout partner, we will pair you with a client of similar ability level if available

Small Group Mat Class - last class August 8

50 minutes • Up to seven people

  • A fun, safe way to integrate Pilates into your current workout routine. Classes will challenge your flexibility, coordination, balance and core strength to help you meet your goals.

  • Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at Soma yoga studio 1423 NW 70th St; located on the same block as Emerald.

    • Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:20 am

      • This class is designed for clients who have finished physical therapy and want to transition to fitness-based training, clients starting a new exercise routine looking for a safe alternative, or those new to Pilates who want a slow introduction. Participants in this class will receive extra guidance and modifications to safely restore strength, range of motion, flexibility and control under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist. 

    • Thursdays 6:30 - 7:20 am

      • This class is for clients who want to elevate their strength, flexibility, and control in a safe environment under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist. No matter what fitness level you’re at, we’ll keep you progressing to help you safely meet your goals.
